Soft Silicone Pet Bath Brush

I'm so mad right now regarding this order i've ordered before from you guys and i loved it it was a great transaction this one is horrible first of all it was supposed to be delivered the 19th through 21st it got here today the 22nd but now they changed the date thinking that i'm stupid so that they wouldn't have to pay the late fee then they sent me the wrong sizes on the two items i ordered for my pup which i know i ordered the large i'm not stupid they sent me a small harness and a small blanket i am so frustrated and it's missing the ball that i ordered and i'm just flustered cuz but the actual shampoo brush i am very excited To try and use it looks very easy to use and i do am happy with deep rush itself only everything else i'm frustrated with i was for my puppy for christmas so i'm giving the shampoo dog brush a 5-star rating but everything else is a -5

It doesn't foam as expected.

Overall, this bath massage brush works really well and does a great job cleaning and massaging the skin. It’s easy to hold and feels nice during use. However, i did have an issue with one of them unexpectedly breaking/exploding, which was disappointing and a bit concerning. Aside from that one issue, the product itself works as described. I’d recommend it, but with caution regarding durability.
