Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Time
Because we work with global suppliers to offer the best prices, delivery times are longer than standard local shipping.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- Canada, UK, Australia: 10–25 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–30 business days
These timeframes may vary depending on customs, high-order volume, or carrier delays.
Tracking Information
All orders come with a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear after your package has been shipped.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking details for each shipment where applicable.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors outside our control.
